PDF, Excel, or CSV. We rebuild the flight data you supply into our standard logbook layout, the layout shown in the samples on this site. Your data, including flight times, categories, and values, is reproduced exactly as you provide it. We never shift flight time between categories or invent values. The formatting and layout are ours, and you approve the proof before anything prints. Contact us before ordering if your file needs editing, text recognition (OCR), or reformatting beyond standard print setup.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. We email a watermarked proof of every interior page. If you chose a name for the front cover, the proof also includes a front-cover preview showing that name exactly as it will print, and your approval covers both the cover and the interior. Review it carefully and tell us about any corrections before approving. Printing begins only after your approval.
What if I fly more before my interview?
Email your updated file. We prepare free portrait update pages that continue the totals from your hardcover. Interview update PDFs are usually emailed within about 15 minutes of receiving your updated file. Processing may take longer, so allow extra time before your interview. Print them at home and bring them in a slim binder alongside your book.
Can I order books for different airlines?
Yes. Order up to four books together using one file upload and one payment. Each can have its own airline and interview date on the title page. $49 per book.
Can I cancel before production?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation email to cancel for a full refund before production begins. A full refund covers everything you paid, including the $15 expedited fee if you chose expedited shipping. Production begins no earlier than 24 hours after payment and only after you approve your proof, whichever is later. See the Terms of Service for the complete policy.
What if I need help with my order?
If your book arrives with a misprint or damage, email us photos of the problem and your order number. If a shipment goes missing, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier's tracking. We review reported production and delivery problems case by case. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.
