How long we keep information
We keep your order information for 90 days after delivery in case you need a reprint or support, then we delete your logbook file and personal details. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us, and we will delete everything we hold subject to records we must keep for accounting and legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
Email orders@airlinepilotlogbook.com to update contact details, ask questions about your data, or request deletion of submitted files after fulfillment (subject to records we must keep).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
