These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of airlinepilotlogbook.com and purchases from Airline Pilot Logbook Printing Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

What we sell

We print custom hardcover books from customer-supplied digital logbook files (PDF, Excel, or CSV, and related print files we prepare for production), shipped within the United States and Canada unless we state otherwise. Current product pricing is shown on our website and order flow (for example, $129 USD shipped for the Airline Pilot Hardcover Logbook).

Your content and responsibilities

• You represent that you own or have the right to submit the files and information you provide, and that printing them does not violate any law or third-party rights.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your logbook file, shipping address, and any optional title-page details (such as airline name and interview date).
• We reproduce your logbook data exactly as you provide it. We do not convert time formats, reallocate flight time between categories, or interpret your entries in any way.
• You grant us a limited license to use your submitted files solely to prepare, print, ship, and support your order.
• We do not guarantee airline interview outcomes, hiring decisions, or the completeness of flight records in your file.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and payment. Payment is processed by our payment provider. Providing false information or failing to complete payment may cancel the order.

Proof approval

Before anything is printed, we send you a watermarked digital proof of your book. Printing begins only after you approve the proof. Your approval confirms that the book matches your logbook and that all names, dates, times, and totals are correct. If you spot an error in the proof, tell us before approving and we will fix it.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund by replying to your order confirmation email. After 24 hours, all sales are final. Because each book is custom-printed from your files, we do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or reprints once the cancellation window has passed.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and can vary based on manufacturing and carrier performance. Risk of loss passes according to our shipping arrangement with the carrier. Shipping to the United States and Canada applies unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Print quality and preparation

We prepare files for hardcover production (for example margins/gutters and cover setup) based on the files you submit. Results can vary based on your source file. Minor differences from screen previews can occur in print. If you believe a print defect occurred, contact us promptly with photos and your order details at orders@airlinepilotlogbook.com.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except where prohibited by law, our services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airline Pilot Logbook Printing Co. and its owners, operators, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the site or any order. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid us for that order.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and submitted files.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or placing a new order after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
